How Do I…
You can find your new membership number by logging into your account through Manage My Membership.
Also, four days before your renewal is due, we will send you an email notification which includes your new membership number.
Please complete the Contact Membership Team form with your request and we will organise to take payment for the second branch fee.
We will then change your membership category in the system to “Family + Second Branch” OR “Single + Second Branch” so that your second branch is added to your membership.
Please complete the Contact Membership Team form with your request and we will add the Additional family member to your Family membership. All we need is a name and email address.
Your Membership is a “package” comprising your Region + Membership Type (Family, Single Person etc) + Main Branch + Second Branch (optional).
For existing members: if you do want to change your region, membership type or add a second branch, at the time of renewal you can let your existing annual membership expire and Join again with a new package.
If you do replace your membership with a new package please Contact Membership Support and let us know. We will ensure you don’t receive “Renewal Due” email notifications on your old / expired membership.


Why Am I…
If no emails are being received, please check your Junk / Spam / Notifications / Promotions folders… The emails are definitely being sent!
If you have a company email address ie. name@company.com then your company email server may be blocking our emails – what you will need to do is get the following email addresses “whitelisted”:

For Branch Officers
We are not able to give Branch officers access to the new membership system – it simply came down to the licensing costs for the new system.
The membership team shall email branch membership reports to branch officers quarterly. (Chair / Secretary / Treasurer)
The membership system does allow members to have more than one membership. If a member chooses to renew with a new membership package (eg. Adding a second branch or switching from Single to Family) then a new membership is created and a “new member” email alert is triggered. There’s nothing we can do to prevent this….
The membership team identifies “old” memberships and deletes them, leaving members with their “new” membership.
If you find a duplicate in your Branch Membership Report please notify the membership team so we can remove the “old” membership.
The membership team shall be emailing branch reports quarterly to the agreed branch officers.
Also, when a new member joins a branch, the branch officers on their “branch@staging.iwai.ie” email list will receive an immediate notification.
Please contact the membership team to add or remove branch officers and when there are changes to contact email addresses.
